[Heavy News] INDUSTRIAL PUKE Set To Unleash Swedish Crust/Death Metal Carnage With ‘Alive To No Avail’ LP!

“An Entombed-like saunter... persisting even when Industrial Puke plant their foot in the crust punk camp with overlaid gang vocals.” – Invisible Oranges

“Without the ubiquitous ‘Dis’ in front of their moniker, it would be easy to overlook the fact that Industrial Puke are just as crusty as any of their Swedish compatriots in the genre.” Decibel Magazine

Swedish crust/death metal juggernaut Industrial Puke is set to unleash their ferocious second album, Alive To No Avail.

Recorded at Studio Soundport with producer/engineer Mikael Andersson, the album sharpens the crust and death metal edges while simultaneously broadening the band’s sonic palette.

The result is a blistering 12-track assault that surpasses even their own expectations. With intensity as their guiding principle, Industrial Puke has crafted an album designed to drag listeners out of the monotony of everyday life and provide an uncompromising outlet for raw emotions and frustrations.

The album follows their 2023 critically acclaimed debut, Born Into the Twisting Rope, which Suicide Records released as a quick, unrelenting blast of death metal, hardcore, and crust punk energy. With Alive To No Avail, Industrial Puke ups the ante, delivering a more refined yet equally relentless experience for fans of Slayer, Disrupt, Entombed, Napalm Death, and Skitsystem.

The band’s journey began in 2017 when Jens Ekelin (Rentokiller) sought like-minded musicians who shared his passion for the ferocious sound of Disrupt. Linus Jägerskog (Burst) and Marko Partanen (Rentokiller) quickly joined the fold, igniting Industrial Puke’s fiery beginnings. After a period of songwriting and lineup solidification, Mattias Rasmusson (Obstruktion/Blessings/Gust) and Erik Harald (Rentokiller) completed the lineup, paving the way for their explosive debut single, "Mental Taxation", released in June 2022. This caught the attention of Gothenburg-based Suicide Records, leading to the release of their debut EP, Where Life Crisis Starts, in September 2022.

Lineup:
Linus Jägerskog (Burst) – Vocals
Mattias Rasmusson (Blessings, Obstruktion, Modern Guilt) – Drums
Erik Harald (Rentokiller) – Bass
Marko Partanen (Rentokiller) – Lead Guitar
Jens Ekelin (Rentokiller) – Guitar
